The Perry Link to Aging and Disability Resources Program is a collaborative effort among community agencies and the Office of Long Term Living to provide information about support to individuals over the age of 60 and individuals 18 to 59 with disabilities.

Contact us if any of the following apply:   

  • You have a disability; or
  • You support someone who has a disability; or
  • You are 60 or older; or
  • You support someone who is 60 or older; or
  • You simply have questions or concerns about disability or aging issues

We can provide information on all services available to help older adults and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
